The goal is simple: give small businesses their time back without compromising a correct set of books.

The founder
TalVagt is built by an auditor — for Danish businesses. Behind the product is Samim Yousefi, who has worked hands-on with accounting, auditing and financial management across Danish and international businesses. The idea came from a simple frustration: far too much time goes into manual bookkeeping that a machine should be able to handle — without compromising a correct set of books.
Samim holds an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud.) and has experience as a CFO and finance consultant across accounting, management reporting and modern financial systems. That conviction shapes TalVagt: finance should give management the visibility, systems and structure needed to make better decisions — and it shouldn't drown in manual data entry.
